Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 November 2026

1. The service

Flash POS (“we”, “us”) is a cloud restaurant POS for phones and tablets, built for restaurants, cafés, dhabas and cloud kitchens. By creating an account or using Flash POS, you agree to these terms. If you use Flash POS for a business, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for that business.

2. Free trial

You get a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required. To keep using Flash POS after the trial, you need to buy a plan. If you do not, your account will be paused.

3. Accounts and staff logins

The restaurant owner is responsible for the account, for the logins given to staff, and for what is done with them. Please keep passwords private, and tell us at once if you think someone has used your account without permission.

4. Acceptable use

Please use Flash POS only for lawful business purposes. You must not try to break, overload or copy the service, you must not try to see another restaurant's data, and you must not use the service for anything illegal.

5. Plans and fees

Plans are charged monthly for each outlet. We may also offer a yearly plan. We will tell you the price before you buy. Fees are paid in advance for the plan period you choose. If GST becomes applicable to our fees, we will add it as the law requires and tell you. If we change our prices, the change applies from your next plan period and we will tell you first.

6. No refunds

Fees paid for a plan are not refunded, including if you stop using the service before the plan period ends. The free trial is there so you can check that Flash POS works for you before you buy. Please see our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.

7. Cancelling your account

You can cancel at any time. After you cancel, you can keep using the service until the end of the period you have paid for. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or is used to cheat or harm others. Within 30 days after an account is closed, we delete the restaurant's data. Before closing, you can download your reports from the app.

8. Your data and your responsibility

Your restaurant's data (your menu, orders, bills and reports) belongs to you. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the prices, tax rates and bills you set up and for your GST filings, so please check them with your accountant or CA. Flash POS is a tool to help you, and it is not tax advice.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Flash POS running smoothly and to fix problems quickly, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may add, change or remove features over time.

10. Support

Support is available 24/7 on WhatsApp and by email at support@flashpos.in.

11. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, Flash POS is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales or lost profit. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the plan period in which the claim arose.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the competent courts in India.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. If you keep using Flash POS after a change, you accept the updated terms.
